Each time I go to try to remove the mailbox to complete the one quest - I get a message saying that wasn't character that placed the item and doesn't give info on which character placed it so tried with all the ones on here but still same message so wondering if anyone else ran into this and how they sorted it?

I haven't had that happen, but I've never tried to mess with my land with another character. Put in a ticket, they'll help you!
