I'd say if you're having issues, always put in a ticket. The staff are always happy to help with whatever questions you have.

Thank you. I did put in a ticket and received help with an answer already that explains everything. The NPCs are only there in the day time, and it was night time when I was in town :) So I've managed to finish the quest and more now. Nice to have a ticket answered so soon as well!

Hello! Thank you for the guide, help, and links. :)
Can I transfer Gold between characters and/or switch names? I got back into Solia but forgot which old email I used for my main character; I ended up going through the whole in-game tutorial for a few days (different careers, levels, tools) with my alt, Aglaea instead of my main A., which I have linked now. x-x I know the bank shows what items I had on A. that were saved on my other characters' inventories, so I'm hoping that this might work somehow.

Theres no way to transfer gold between characters sorry. But you can use the gold then pop the items in the bank for the other character to use.

If you wanna swap usernames around (not even sure it's possible) you'll have to email solia support from the email that is associated with your account (the email should be" target="_blank)

I've been dropping in every so often - usually when I can remember. I've never really understood the bit with the items.

I remember have a bunch of donation items and items from scratch cards and I thought they'd eventually start trickling in.
However, since the revamp, I only have my solar leader wings and a handful of items from scratch cards/events.

Not everything is/has been transferred, only items released between certain dates were being transferred as a thankyou to the people still active and supporting the site in that hard time.

If you have any questions or dont understand something you can always get the best answers by putting in a support ticket.
Under your username there's a drop down - you can select i need help from there.

What a wild time! So glad to see that Solia is still around, and so interested to see/hear how this new setup has helped them. I still see quite a few familiar faces, so I'm glad those hard years didn't totally run everyone out of the place, even those who depended on Solia for a livelihood.

Thankyou so saying so!
I'm really happy that a new site opened up,
Its difficult to have to start all over again and it can be off putting for some,
But we have a great little communtity currently that are always happy to help new or returning members.

Here's hoping we start seeing many more new and returning faces!
