These colors are user based found. This will be a 5 point system for each color. This is by no means Solia official. Please also keep in mind, that Solia's overlay shading will help a lot with making colors match well. You, however, have to find the right shade of shadowing that will best suit it and Solias colors if you want items to match Solia's palette.
A lot of colors will also vary depending on a few different things. Different clothing have different shading so there will and can be large variation of hex codes. The ones listed below are just a small sample that was taken off the avatar bases. I specifically used the avatar base for picking these colors because of the simple shading it has compared to clothing or hair. Clothing and hair items can have various levels of depth of shading depending on each piece. I personally found that the avatar base was best matched when it came to color matching for the item designer.
**Please note, you do not by any means have to follow this color spread. The point of the item designer is to create items and colors you WANT.**
Break Down
So before I get into listing all the colors. I wanted to go over a few aspects of Solia's overlay shading and color matching Solia colors. Now none of these are going to be 100% spot on. Especially when you start to get into more complicated designs.
Generally, from what I have personally found with the 5 point system. Is that the 3 lightest colors will generally (not always) be your closest color match. But this will also depend on what you are going for as well.
Here is an example with the color Frost. All of these are hex color matched from this post with the shading of frost.
To show comparison I placed each clothing item on top of a Frost colored base.
Image 1: This image is with the darkest Frost hex color (#6bb1e3)
Image 2: This image is with the second darkest Frost hex color (#78b8e5)
Image 3: This image is with the medium Frost hex color (#9ccbed)
Image 4: This image is with the second lightest Frost hex color (#cce4f6)
Image 5: This image is with the lightest Frost hex color (#f0f8fd)
They are all still rather close in Solia colors. You may find one works better than others with certain clothing styles as well.

It does make me want to try to make and item though. I just don't know what to do.
